What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your tour for a more convenient time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your tour.
